Hybrid fish-plankton model (1.2.0)
This model comes in six alternative designs, where Design 4 was shown to be most adequate in representing the spatially explicit fish-plankton system.
- Design 1: Agent (fish) – stock (plankton) ↔ school-agent (fish) – stock (plankton)
- Design 2: Agent (fish) – stock (plankton) ↔ spatial stock (fish) – stock (plankton)
- Design 3: Agent (fish) – stock (plankton) ↔ stock (fish) – stock (plankton)
- Design 4: Agent (fish) – spatial stock (plankton) ↔ school-agent (fish) – spatial stock (plankton)
- Design 5: Agent (fish) – spatial stock (plankton) ↔ spatial stock (fish) – spatial stock (plankton)
- Design 6: Agent (fish) – spatial stock (plankton) ↔ agent (fish) – stock (plankton)
Release Notes
